Terms of Service
PLReports.com
By becoming a member of
the PLReports.com, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please
do not join. If you have any questions about these terms, be
sure to contact us before proceeding with anything that may go
against the terms and conditions.
The terms and
conditions on this page are subject to change at any time. It
is your responsibility to stay up to date with the current terms and
conditions.
Refunds - A refund will be issued upon
your request. Only the first months fee is
refundable.
Sales Letters - Sales letters are
provided for your benefit, and can use them as you see fit,
provided you follow the following terms:

You acknowledge that the
sales letters were written by independent copy writers
and that it is your responsibility to review any and all
claims and statements made in them. You further
acknowledge that is it your sole responsibility to
uphold said statements and claims to your customers.

You acknowledge that we
have not reviewed the statements and claims made in any
of the sales letters and that in no event shall Mike
Steup, PLReports.com or it's contributors be held
responsible to uphold said statements or claims.
Terms - You must follow the following terms at all
times.
Any
violation of these terms can result in the termination of
your license without compensation.

Your customers are not allowed to transfer the
Private Label Rights to anyone. They are free to edit the product,
or use it any other way, but cannot sell the private label rights.
That privilege is for members only.

You are
NOT permitted to transfer the Private Label Rights to this
product for free. The Private Label Rights (and any kind of
resell rights) must be sold.

I cannot legally enforce that you sell the products
at a certain price, but use your head here. Selling the private
label rights for $3 each will do nothing except devalue the products for
every member. Sure, you'll get a few extra bucks, but you'll have
a hard time sustaining a long term business selling for that low.

You are permitted to sell the products on Ebay, but
you cannot sell the private label rights on auction sites. You can
only sell the product to the end-user on auction sites.

You may not bundle any more than 2
products from PLReports.com in the same offer at any time,
regardless of what month they are from. This means
that if you can only sell 2 products from PLReports.com in
the same offer, on the same sales page.

You can not start your own membership site selling
the private label rights to the products from PLReports.com
-
You must pass on the Terms.pdf file
that is included with each product you download on to
whoever you sell the Private Label Rights to.
